This stunning 1-bedroom apartment is south-facing and located on the first floor of the ever popular front-line, gated community, Las Coronas.

The apartment is fully equipped with a fitted kitchen, a washing machine, a bathroom with bathrub/shower, and bidet. It features free Wi-Fi, and multi-lingual satellite TV to keep you connected and entertained.

There is a large double-bedroom with built-in closets, as well as a sleep-sofa in the main living room, offering a maximum occupancy of up to 4 guests.

However, the most attractive feature of this lovely holiday home is the over-sized terrace offering sea and pool views and which is the perfect location for sunbathing with its own sunbeds and seating for al-fresco dining.

The apartment is only a 3-minute walk from the stunning Playa Bastian beach via direct access to the breath-taking Costa Teguise ocean promenade.
A supermarket, restaurants, and bars are directly outside the complex, and access to public transportation less than 500m distance.

Costa Teguise is one of the most popular tourist resorts on the island while still representing island character without overcrowding. There are beautiful beaches and a wide variety of gastronomic delights. It is well connected to all parts of the island.
