“Casa del Sol 2” is a bright and comfortable 1-bedroom apartment, fully equipped on the first floor of Costa Teguise’s well-known “Los Molinos” complex. It is only a few minutes’ walk away from Playa Bastian beach

It sleeps up to 4 people and includes a bright living room with dining corner and sofa-bed, a separate double-bedroom with closet, a fully equipped kitchen with hob and oven, and bathroom with shower and washing machine.

The apartment includes multi-lingual Satellite-TV and free WIFI keep you well connected and entertained. And air-conditioning shall bring comfort on hot Lanzarote days.

The lovely over-sized terrace faces east featuring sea views and morning sun, and is an ideal space to relax and enjoy sunny breakfast or al-fresco dining.

This Cesar Manrique designed and well maintained complex features a unique extra-large swimming pool, a smaller sheltered pool, kids play area and integrated gardens. A quaint pool bar offers convenient refreshments and snacks.
The studio is only a 3-minute walk from the stunning Playa Bastian beach and the breath-taking Costa Teguise ocean promenade.
A supermarket, restaurants, and bars are directly outside the complex, and access to public transportation less than 200m distance.

Costa Teguise is one of the most popular tourist resorts on the island while still representing island character without overcrowding. There are beautiful beaches and a wide variety of gastronomic delights. It is well connected to all parts of the island.
