The accommodation

Beautiful two-family villa recently renovated and developed on two floors with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms only steps away from the sea. The vast garden is dotted with exotic trees, a trampoline, a playhouse with a slide and is completely fenced. Possibility to park inside the private gate. Towels and linens are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked. The home is equipped with brand new A/C units, with each room having it’s own unit, WIFI and a washing/drying machine. All TV’s have Netflix/DisneyPlus/AmazonPrime. Baby cot available upon request. Relax in this quiet and all inclusive home. An electric car charger is also available free of charge at the property.

Setting

The home is located in Capitana, along the coast in the province of Quartu Sant’Elena. It is a 30 minute drive from the Cagliari Airport. The neighbourhood is very quiet and safe, ideal for a family or a couple. Within walking distance you will find delicious Sardinian restaurants, pizzerias, coffee bars, a grocery store and the marina which offers scuba diving excursions, boating excursions and various rentals. The home is also a short walk from the beautiful Santa Luria beach. Strategically located halfway between Cagliari and Villasimius(30 mins each way), you can reach many of Sardinia’s most beautiful beaches, historical sites and mountains within a short drive. There are buses that pass regularly right by the home to take you to Quartu Sant’Elena and Cagliari if you don’t have a car.

Activities and attractions

Nearby you can easily reach the Baia Azzurra, the beaches of Mari Pintau, Cala Regina, Solanas, Villasimius and Poetto. We are also in a very strategic position for hiking in the Sette Fratelli natural park and visiting the Nuraghe Diana and the Foxi Tower.
