Apartment located in the centre of the village of L'Escala, Costa Brava, recently renovated, exterior, bright and comfortable, 700 meters from the beach and the promenade. Ideal for family holidays.
Completely exterior apartment, enjoys a superb location which allows you to enjoy the beaches of L'Escala, Empúries and Cala Montgó by foot or by public transport (little train of L'Escala).
The apartment is up to 6 people.
It has three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a terrace overlooking the village and the bay of Roses and a parking space in the same building.
The bathrooms are complete, the kitchen is fully equipped and the terrace, lounge and dining room are well equipped too (see photos).
Important: It does not have an elevator. To access the apartment it is necessary to climb some stairs located at the entrance of the building.

Costabravaforrent Tramuntana is situated in the centre of the village, 750 meters from the beach and 700 meters from Riells beach. This is a quiet residential area.
The centre of the village has a wide variety of shops, restaurants and markets.
