It is located in the heart of the village of Niembru, in the council of Llanes, within walking distance of the beaches of Toranda and Torimbia. It has panoramic views of the Cuera mountain range and the Niembru estuary.
It has 7 bedrooms, 3 complete bathrooms, equipped kitchen, living room, indoor garage, private garden enclosed in wall and wrought iron, and barbecue. Capacity up to 20 people. Private parking for 3 vehicles.
The house is divided into three floors of about 100m2 per floor and accommodation capacity of up to 20 people. It is fully equipped. It has three double bedrooms, three twin bedrooms, three bathrooms (one per floor) and a bedroom on the first floor with 4 bunk beds.
On the first floor there is a garage, a bedroom (with 4 bunk beds), a full bathroom and a storage room.
On the middle floor is the living-dining room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, pantry, a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with double bed and bathroom.
On the upper floor there are two bedrooms with double bed, two bedrooms with double bed (one of them with bunk beds) and bathroom.
All bedrooms have their own closet and there are storage spaces.

Setting

The house is in the heart of the village of Niembru. Easily accessible by car from the A8 freeway exit.
It is surrounded by similar houses, all of great beauty, south facing and with enviable views.
The perimeter of the property is fully enclosed by wrought iron and stone wall, delimiting a garden of 700m2 with a variety of trees, terrace with carport for 2 cars and barbecue. In addition, the first floor also has an indoor garage with space for 1 more vehicle.
The windows are soundproofed with double glazing and the heating has multiple radiators with oil boiler, it also has a wood burning fireplace in the living room.
