The accommodation

Comfortable vacation home (ground floor), 450 meters from the sea, located in the heart of Torre San Giovanni: a beautiful marina and coveted tourist destination, known for its vast stretches of beach, crystal-clear sea and the most popular bathing establishments in Salento.
Accommodation Essence of the Sea consists of:
double bedroom,
twin bedroom,
living room with kitchenette,
bathroom with shower stall,
outdoor space in front.
Equipped with washing machine and air conditioning can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people and with the sofa bed in the living room we can reach a maximum of 5 beds.
It is just under 600 meters from the center of Torre San Giovanni and the seafront where locals and tourists love to walk and spend the evenings.
Ideal for families and two couples.

The cost for the rental of bed linen and towels is 20€ per person.

Setting

Guests have access to the entire accommodation and the corresponding outdoor space.

The area is quiet and reserved, away from traffic being a secondary road; Within a 300 mt radius there is a fruit stand where you can buy fresh fruit, a well-stocked supermarket, an ice cream shop and a bike rental point. Within 600 mt is the center of Torre San Giovanni with various clothing stores, restaurants, ice cream parlors, bars, supermarkets, fishmongers, etc.
