An apartment which leads directly onto the garden, really comfortable and with a surface area of 90 square metres. It includes two bedrooms, one double and another with three bunk beds, two complete bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a Nespresso coffee machine, double sofa bed, hot and cold air-conditioning, 35 metre terrace with two different atmospheres, and overlooking the sea, 2 parking spaces.

Setting

A luxury apartment, right on the beach front, in a delightful estate, with an enormous swimming pool and direct access to the beach. You cannot only enjoy the views of the sea but also have the pleasure of listening to it. The ideal destination to go with children because you will find all ages on the estate. And, above all, spectacular sunsets over the bay, a peaceful and relaxing beach for all the family. Just enjoy it.
