The accommodation
Terraced house with fantastic views to the sea, the town and the mountains. It is situated in a closed urbanization near the town and the beach. The urbanization has only 10 houses that share a communal swimming pool.
The house is distributed in 3 floors. At the ground floor, it has the entrance, garage for 1 car, and 1 bedroom (with a double bed of 1,60m). On the lower floor, it has the living room and dining room, with exit to a large terrace with great views, kitchen equipped (microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, etc.), utility area, and a toilet with shower. On the last floor going down, it has 2 double bedrooms (1 double bed of 1,60m and 2 singles of 0,90m), with exit to a terrace and small garden with views, and 2 bathrooms.
Air conditioning, Wi-Fi.
There is one antenna for mobile telephones at more than 40 meters from the house.

La casa, tanto por su ubicación, contenido y continente es simplemente perfecta. Ha sido una magnífica elección en este particular año, hasta el último recurso necesario pensado. Es absolutamente excepcional. Perfectamente equipada, con detalles, para estar como en casa. Productos de limpieza a disposición de inquilino. Notitas con indicaciones, instrucciones para todo. Sin lugar a dudas, todo esto ayuda a que la casa esté mejor cuidada, porque merece ser así. Además el paisaje y el enclave es idóneo para desconectar. La urbanización tranquila. Han sido una de las mejores vacaciones, gracias a la acertada recomendación de adriana. Adriana ha estado disponible en todo momento, muy cercana, atenta y profesional. Estamos muy agradecidos. Recomendamos este alojamiento mucho, siendo una familia de cinco y viajando con 3 niños de diferentes edades. ¡¡gracias!!
