The accommodation

The apartment has a large master bedroom with adjoining bathroom; in the large, bright living room there is a comfortable sofa bed and next to the living room, separated by a masonry arch, we find the kitchen and a large closet.
There is a swimming pool 14x7 meters from where you can admire a breathtaking landscape.
There is the free access to the Wi-Fi.
There are all the accessories like the washing machine, the iron and the kitchen equipment and tools to enjoy the week with us.
There is the possibility to do the barbecue outside
The apartment has a private parking in front of the house , closed by a gate . Being all 'inside of a private nature reserve of 80 hectares you can go for leisurely walks in the countryside to enjoy nature and animals.

The shuttle service has a cost of 35 Euros each way.
Babysitter service has a cost of 10 € / hour.
Breakfast service has a cost of 5 € / person.
Heating service has a cost of 20 euro / day.
The final cleaning of the house has a cost of 60 euro.
The pool is open from 23 May until 21 September.
From 18 July to 21 August nights minimum of 7 days.

"Casa Bella" is an ancient villa that has a story.
In the sixteenth century it was used by the monks of the monastery of "Montesenario" as home to sleep after a day's walk coming from Florence.
In 1796 it was refurbish and took its present form.
The location offers an oasis to relax in the beautiful countryside of Florence and is only 15 km from the historic center of Florence.
My parents bought it in 1978
The refurbishment of this house was recently completed with special attention, respecting the traditions and spirit of the period in which it was built, using original materials, "terracotta", stone walls and ceilings with original wooden beams.

Setting

Near the residence there is the ancient Monastery of Montesenario where, the pilgrims from all over the world used to make pilgrimage and during their trip they use to sleep in Casa Bella.
