Dining area provides an opportunity to relax or for a romantic dinner, as the apartment has an elegant and modern design with good furniture and high ceilings, for rooms plenty of natural light. Windows have shutters for more privacy and relax.

Shops are in the square below, and public transport is just front of the apartment.
In the local area: pharmacy shop, newsagent, take-away pizza, take-away food + restaurant, bar, italian restaurants, grocery shop, hairdresser, Bubble Pet wash dog, nightlife movida in riviera, dancing clubs, tennis court, green public parks, etc..
Green parks are nearby, and a spacious cycling and pedestrians park road is only a few steps behind the building.
Pescara is positioned in Central Italy, right on the Adriatic Coast: great place for leisure shopping also, it has its own airport and train/bus station, directly connected with Rome (2 hrs), England, France, Spain and Deutschland.
