Two-storey townhouse in the village of Umbrete, which is located on the countryside in a beautiful setting surrounded by olive groves and wineyards.
The house is about 130 m2 with a 50 m2 patio and 20m2 garage. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 8 sleeps comfortably and we can accommodate 2 more people in extra beds. Ground floor with bathroom, spacious living room with a double sofa bed and well equipped kitchen. Access to the patio from the kitchen and living room. The patio is equipped with a barbecue, table, chairs and sunchairs. The size of the pool is 7x4. The upper floor has 3 bedrooms, one with a small balcony and en-suite bathroom. There is a total of 2 bathrooms on the upper floor.

Setting

Located in a residential area only a few minutes walk from the village centre, nice restaurants, bars and shops. Across the street there is a small convenience store open every day. The city of Seville is only 10 minutes away by car, there is also a good bus connection. 45 minutes from the closest beach and mountain area. 20 minutes from the airport in Sevilla.

Umbrete is a small charming town surrounded by olive fields and wineyards. It has historic sights such as churches and a palace. Many nice restaurants and bars. A great location to explore Western Andalucía.
