Brand new fully equipped duplex, beachfront. With sea over a beach with natural water springs, private housing estate with 4 pools for adults and children, tennis court.
Two floors apartment, marvelous sea views from its two terraces and to the gardens and pools. The terrace on the ground floor consists of a table with four chairs and a lounger.Fully equipped and carefully decorated. Private house state (remote control), with parking inside.
It has four swimming pools for adults and children, supervised by a lifeguard. Tennis and track multisport playground. Barbecue.
Setting
Supermarket just outside the resort. Shops and restaurants at few meters. Pharmacies and Medical Centers. Minigolf. Very close to the Marina, where you can sail to Islas Columbretes National Park or diving.
400 metres to Sierra de Irta Natural Park, with many trekking ways, beautiful sand or rock beaches and a large vegetation. Adjacent to this beach there are another 3 beaches. It is a paradise to enjoy in every single way.

Bonita experiencia
El apartamento esta muy cuidado y tiene todo lo necesario. Es pequeño pero muy acogedor. La urbanizacion es sensacional, muy cuidada y mis hijos disfrutaron un monton de las piscinas. Pilar se portó fenomenal con nosotros, la comunicación fue muy fluida y aportó soluciones rápidas cuando necesitamos algo de ella. Gracias pilar! volveremos!
