The accommodation

CASA NANDO is a perfect piece of calm in the midst of the Amalfi coast chaos. It sleeps 3 people. It features a private swimming pool with sea view, private terraces, a private garden and secure private parking. The villa is 60 square meters. From the villa, you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the Sorrento Coast. It is equipped with air conditioning, heating and Internet WI-FI.

The 2* Michelin restaurant Don Alfonso is not far from the villa for a delightful Italian fare or an aperitif.

To stay at Casa Nando you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge in the private parking.

You will reach Casa Nando from the parking without having to climb any steps.

The villa has been completely renovated, and the peaceful location makes this the ideal place for anyone looking for a relaxing holiday. It is surrounded by olive groves and vineyards and has a private garden from where you can pick lemons or lounge in the ample terrace space taking in the Mediterranean sun.

THE FIRST TERRACE it is equipped with a swing, sun chairs and a hammock. Here you will also find an external kitchen equipped with a barbecue, a wood table for lunch, a four-burner gas cooker with an electric oven, the lavabo and the washing machine. From the terrace, you will enjoy a fantastic view of the sea and the Coast.

THE PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL is 7x3 meters and it is open from the first week of April to the end of October. The solarium area it is equipped with two sun chairs, a garden sofa, an umbrella and two small tables where you can relax and have a nice drink. From the terrace, you will enjoy a fantastic view of the sea and the Coast.

THE SECOND TERRACE is equipped with a coffee table and two armchairs. From the terrace, you will enjoy a fantastic view of the sea and the Coast. You will reach the second terrace from the first terrace by going up an external staircase of 17 stairs.

THE LIVING ROOM is equipped with a single sofa bed, a satellite TV, air conditioning/heating unit and Internet WI-FI. You will reach the living room from the terrace and from the kitchen.

THE KITCHEN it is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a dishwasher, the refrigerator with freezer and a table with chairs. You will reach the kitchen from the living room or from the first terrace.

THE BATHROOM is equipped with a shower enclose, the WC, the lavabo and the bidet. You will reach the bathroom from the living room.

THE BEDROOM is located on the mezzanine floor. It has a double bedroom and an air conditioning/heating unit. You will reach the bedroom from the living room by going up an internal staircase of about 10 small stairs.

Important things to know:
- Tourist tax 2 Euro per day per person for the first 7 nights from April to October 31. The children under 18 years do not pay.
- For arrivals after 8:00 PM will be applied an extra cost of 60,00 euro to be paid at the arrival.
- Security deposit: 250,00€. The security deposit will be returned prior to your departure unless there are accidental damages to the property.

Activities and attractions

Casa Nando is located on the Santa Maria della Neve hill, at about 1 km from the center of Sant’Agata Sui Due Golfi village where you will find restaurants, shops, bars, the supermarket and the public transportation. The closest beach is Marina del Cantone at about 4 km away.
