The accommodation

Located at the Binibeca promenade, with the beach and amenities located a short walk away, BINI ORAN is a bright holiday villa, built in the classic style of the area's traditional houses. Spacious, with a very well-thought out design, and built over one floor, it is ideal for 2 families or several couples sharing holidays. It is very elegantly decorated, within our standards. Quality Club, and contains a private swimming pool surrounded by grass, with beautiful sea views.

BINI ORAN features 4 bedrooms (2 doubles and two twins) with fitted wardrobes, 2 bathrooms with a bath (1 ensuite), a shower room, large living&dining room with sea views and access to the terrace, and fully equipped kitchen with utility room. The covered terrace, equipped with comfortable furniture, is the ideal place to enjoy family meals and for relaxing during the long, lazy summer days. From the terrace, you do not need to climb any stairs in order to access the large pool area, sun terrace and BBQ. This is all surrounded by a charming garden, offering you stunning sea views.

The villa can accommodate up to eight people. This may be increased up to 10 by adding two extra cots or beds (an extra charge will apply).

Binibeca's beautiful beach, and the emblematic Poblado de Pescadores, are both a few minutes' walk away. Two minutes away from the villa, there are 2 supermarkets, as well as a variety of restaurants and bars. The wonderful environment offer pleasant walks by the sea, and platforms to swim in its turquoise waters.

Accessibility: One-storey building, which may be accessed without passing through any barriers. Three small steps need to be climbed to access the house. The walk to the beach and the area's amenities is in a straight line, without slopes.

Car: Not required.

ORAN is for the exclusive use of guests. It is a private villa, with private access and use of all facilities, garden and swimming pool are for the private use of the guests.
