The accommodation
Tranquil 2 bedroom ground floor apartment, with secluded garden and pool.
The ideal location for a peaceful relaxing holiday surrounded by beautiful scenery, or for rambling, hiking and mountain biking in the Sierra Calderona Mountains just behind us.
Use of large private swimming pool, shared only with the hosts who live in the first floor of 'Villa Ocaso', a traditional two story house located in the foothills of the beautiful Sierra Calderona mountains.
The apartment comprises a double bedroom with a standard size double bed, a twin bedroom with full size single beds, a large lounge with TV, a fitted kitchen with fridge freezer and microwave, bathroom with shower.
The guests garden area has lovely flowering shrubs and tall trees for shade, a BBQ, table and chairs, two sun-loungers and swings for children.
Our guests have free off road parking within the grounds, with space for up to 2 cars.

Our ground floor holiday apartment "Vivienda Calderona" is located in our villa which is situated in the foothills of the beautiful Sierra Calderona mountains which rise to 900m.
Our nearest village "Marines" is 5Km away and has a small supermarket, butchers, bakers, pharmacy, numerous bar restaurants and a petrol station.
Our nearest town "Lliria" is 11Km away and has 4 large supermarkets and a good selection of shops and bar restaurants, there is also a Metro station there.
There are many pleasant walks up into the mountains starting from our villa, and we have recorded some of these on Wikiloc, so our guests can follow them easily.
Valencia city centre and the lovely sandy beaches north and south of the city are only 40 minutes away by car.
Activities and attractions
Our nearest town "Lliria" is just 11Km away and has 4 large supermarkets and a good selection of shops and bar restaurants, there is also a Metro station there with a direct service into Valencia city centre.
There are also numerous good places to swim nearby at Gestalgar and the Embalse de Embalse de Loriguilla.
Valencia city center and the lovely sandy beaches north and south of the city are only 35 minutes away by car.
