Stay in the heart of Cómpeta at this new, modern and very comfortable condo, with both ocean and mountain views.
Located very close to the tourist information office, it is easy to find.

Only a 2 minute walk to the grocery store, numerous restaurants, bars, bodegas, a healthfood store ,and just a short walk up to the scenic Plaza de Almijara.

Relax on the shady patio, or climb the winding spiral staircase to your own private terrace. Here you can lounge in the sun, watch many beautiful sunsets, and perhaps catch the moonrise over the mountains during your stay.

The bedroom has a spacious wardrobe closet, a comfy queen size bed, doors to the patio, a fan, and both A/C and heat.

The open concept living room/ kitchen lets in plenty of light and has a fan, A/C , and heat for those chilly shoulder months. There is hand crafted desk for remote work with hardwire wall mount and wifi.

On the ground floor is a parking garage with elevator access direct to the fifth floor.
Building has a security door and parking garage fob provided.

There are numerous hiking trails nearby, and you can walk to two different very close towns for an afternoon expresso or drinks an tapas.

Come for a week, stay for a month.

Setting

The accommodation is in the village of Cómpeta, the cornice of the Costa del Sol at the foot of the Sierra de Almijara, declared a Natural Park. There are numerous hiking trails in the stunning mountain landscapes and more activities that you can be informed about in the tourist office which is a few tens of meters.
The building is in the urban area but just before the center more center, ideal to reach by car and be close to everything at the same time.
There is only one bus that leads to the coast and the stop is a few meters from the building.
The building has private underground parking and from there the apartment is accessed by elevator.

Activities and attractions

Numerous hiking trails, massages in the accommodation, rental of bicycles, horses, quads, excursion to the beach, being able to choose between the beaches of Torrox, Torre del Mar, Nerja, the cliffs of Maro, the nudist beach of Almayate...
The caves of Nerja, listening to flamenco, drinking the sweet wine of Cómpeta, visiting the art galleries, and talking with its people are some of the things you can enjoy.
